Um Outono que, por aqui, não chega mais, que persiste em fazer-se esperar, adiando os ciclos produtivos de quem dele depende para sobreviver, à espera dessa chuva redentora que, sendo fonte de vida, tudo faz renascer e frutificar.

Catástrofes naturais: Kit de Sobrevivência I

Na sequência dos catatróficos fenómenos atmosféricos que têm ocorrido ultimamente, em várias regiões do planeta - nomeadamente os ciclones tropicais Mangkhut e Barijat (Filipinas, Taiwan, China) - há alguns temas que me preocupavam imenso, ao tempo (2012) e sobre os quais tenho reflectido nas últimas semanas.

Um deles prende-se com o enorme, estrutural e secular alheamento, por parte da sociedade portuguesa em geral e dos organismos estatais competentes, em particular, relacionado com a problemática da prevenção, formação, orientação e manuais de procedimentos a tomar em situações de catástrofes naturais.
Os anos passaram (6) e, aparentemente nada se alterou, em termos de uma cultura de sensibilização das populações para a necessidade de conhecerem, interiorizarem e procurarem precaver-se na eventualidade de, também nós, podermos vir a ser atingidos por tais fenómenos.
Recorri ao blogue que antecipou este, e lá encontrei algumas informações cujos conteúdos irei publicar, de novo, atendendo à actualidade e pertinência dos temas em questão.
